Saracen House Studio
Coronavirus Covid-19 Secure Policy

As we move into a period of living with Covid, we continue to take our guidance from HSE on how we can provide a safe environment for all of our visitors.  Whilst all restrictions have been replaced with guidance, this policy provides you and your visitors information about the ongoing measures at Saracen House House to best protect all visitors and employees.

Before Your Shoot

If you, or any of your guests, are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, a period of self isolation is advised.  A list of symptoms can be viewed on the NHS website:

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/

During Your Shoot

The principles of living with and controlling respiratory diseases apply:

  • Regular hand washing – we provide hand sanitisation stations around the building for your use.
  • Cover nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, and wash hands afterwards
  • Try to maintain a reasonable distance from others.
  • Consider opening windows or doors to allow for additional ventilation in the studio.

Studio Cleaning Policy

We continue to offer an enhanced cleaning regime, including:

  • Cleaning communal areas with an anti-viral solution.
  • Sanitisation of touch-points such as door handles and light switches.
  • Offering alcohol-based wipes for the cleansing of equipment, such as radio triggers.
  • Maintaining hand sanitisation points around the facility for public use.

Summary

We continue to provide and promote a safe working environment for all visitors to Saracen House Studio and help to mitigate the transmission of the virus.  We actively encourage all guests to work with us to help achieve this aim.

All shoots taking place at Saracen House Studio are undertaken at the individual’s own risk and everyone should be actively looking to maintain their own personal safety though social distancing, frequent hand washing and good respiratory hygiene.
